Led the process and structure redesign of two core groups supporting the sales force across multiple businesses. The projects involved design teams that included key partners and recommendations were developed to meet accelerated timeframes. Multiple stakeholder groups were involved in the review and enhancements of the work.

Worked with leaders and professional staff in an organization assessment and the development of organization’s capacity for growth; building fundamental elements and organization design to allow for efficient, high quality legal representation.
Health and Wellness
Led the organization design integrating the core process and structure of two legacy businesses and three acquisitions in its first iteration. We used a process of “rapid proto-typing” to give the business a quick start structure, and a process to course correct as the business matured and changed.
Fortune 100 Financial Services
Led a strategy alignment process with the senior management and other key leaders. The purpose was to incorporate and leverage the expansion of company services to integrate a mutual funds organization and a bank. Also led a high level team to re-design the first cross-company market strategy and product development process.
Insurance
Led the development of new strategy and redesign of this $3B organization to respond to volatile swings in excess and surplus market cycles. The work involved development of the strategy with senior leaders, leading design teams representing a slice of the organization in the redesign of new structure, management and information systems and HR processes. The redesign resulted in record profitability and an increase in employee engagement scores. Recently led the redesign of the Claims organization to position for projected growth.
Chemical and Materials
Consulted on the transformation of culture for this publicly traded company, involving 4500 employees in 31 countries. The work focused on leadership and team development, alignment of processes and enterprise-wide communication and engagement.
