My goal is to partner with my clients and help in creating their success. I believe that leaders and leadership teams need time to slow down, reflect, to ask questions of themselves and others, and to be asked questions that challenge their thinking, deepen their understanding, in order to make the best decisions they can. This creating of intentional, strategic space for conversations makes success come faster. I want my clients to be smarter about themselves, their employees, their markets, and their customers. I aim to leave an engagement with the leader and the team stronger, and the organization ready to implement desired change. Whether it’s facing uncertainty, needing to explore scenarios, creating a vision, honing purpose, developing strategy or organizing to execute, individual or team coaching, my colleagues and I are here to help you achieve your desired results. Education and Affiliations Claudia received a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C and a certificate in Executive Coaching from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. She has been a guest lecturer on organization design at the Säid Business School at Oxford University in Oxford, England, has presented twice at the Organization Design Forum, the National Organization Development Network Conference, and the Socio Technical Systems Roundtable. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, EQ in Action, and has advanced training in scenario planning, large group methodology and design. |

Regina designs learning solutions that help organizations deftly respond to change. New directions in business strategy, execution of new market plays, and integration of new technologies all require staff at all levels to think and work differently across the organization to ensure success. Regina’s role with CMC is to identify staff’s needs and address these with the right mix of communications, formal
learning and knowledge tools aligned to the flow of work. Organizations that do this well build confidence in individuals to participate in change efforts and activate the organization’s capacity to respond. Regina has experience managing an internal training team for Schwab Institutional and has led external vendor teams on projects in the financial, insurance, hospitality, food and beverage and entertainment market sectors.
